The reason I love Barefoot Contessa is the fact that she ALWAYS has an alcoholic beverage or adds alcohol to whatever she's cooking. FAN-tastic.
Re - Wildfire: Yeah, I have to say I'm suprised it took this long for someone to come down on me about that one.
